The CMS-1000 is the industry’s first low-cost, entry-level media server specifically designed for next generation voice networks. The CMS-1000 scales from 100 to 300 ports and is available in redundant 120/240 VAC, as well as redundant -48VDC power options. Support for Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) ensures seamless integration of the CMS-1000 with the broad set of solutions available from Convedia’s softswitch and application server partners.
