Communicating
information to your subscribers is one of the most fundamental

the generation of informational tones, prompts and voice
announcements has been performed by TDM-based announcement
machines or announcement servers. In next-generation networks,
the most efficient and cost-effective way of delivering
these pre-recorded informational messages is natively
in the IP network.

Convedia media
servers can also support playing high-volume announcements
via audio bridging. Up to 1200 participants can listen
to an announcement streamed into an "audio mixer"
supporting a 1-way outbound audio bridge mix. Multiple
audio mixers can be cascaded together to achieve even
higher volumes if desired.

providers can migrate AIN services to the IP network seamlessly
